Michelle came to Michael’s House in 2010 and has exhibited a desire to serve and heal individuals since. Michelle started as a residential counselor and worked her way to the position of residential counselor III at Michael’s House Stabilization Center. She has an EMT certification, is a registered addiction specialist intern and has an associate of arts in human services with an emphasis in drug and alcohol counseling. Her long-term goal is to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology and get her doctorate in psychology.

Michelle came into recovery seven years ago and is an active member of Narcotics Anonymous (NA). She states, “I have always known I wanted to help others and my goal is to give just a little glimmer of hope to others.”
