Paul Lorona is the Clinical Director of Michael’s House. He previously served as a primary therapist at the Michael’s House Stabilization Center. He earned his Bachelor’s in sociology and political science at the University of California, Riverside, and his Master’s in counseling (MFT) at California State University, Long Beach. His previous experience includes working at a crisis residential facility for co-occurring disorders, serving as program director and clinician. He has also been the program director of outpatient services for dually diagnosed individuals and has provided intensive case management to adults, adolescents, and children for almost 10 years.
Paul is a firm believer in integrated treatment services. His goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can work toward recovery and self-sufficiency. He enjoys working with diverse populations and respects the process one takes toward reaching one’s goals.
