Dr. Ray Montella has a bachelor’s degree in human services, a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. He has worked in the mental health and addiction field for the past 15 years and combines life experiences with education to serve clients. He has been in personal recovery for 19 years, dealt with the death of a child, experienced a divorce after 22 years marriage and faced gender and addictions issues with a daughter. Ray can identify with many issues that clients have and combines education with experience to foster alliances with clients.
